Quality Assurance Assistant

Job descriptionInvestigate and co-ordinate customer complaints, including trending and corrective actions. Maintain supplier and manufacturer documentation and drive the QA-28 approval process for raw and packaging materials. Manage the approved supplier, material and manufacturer list (QA-26). Compile annual product quality review plans and reports, following up on corrective and preventative actions. Manage the Annual GMP Training Procedure, ensuring all records are accurate and training is performed on time. Assist with batch release if required by reviewing production batch documentation prior to product release. Provide support for general QA activities. Essential : Grade 12 Desired : BTech in Quality Management Systems / Chemistry, BSC in Food science / Chemistry+ or similar. Essential : 2 years QA / QC experience in a pharmaceutical environment Desired : Experience with Quality Management Systems, Customer complaint investigations, and familiarity with annual product review Food Safety / HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices Production / Manufacturing jobs
