Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist e-commerce brands by combining empathy with AI-powered tools. You’ll review and approve AI-suggested responses to handle order updates, returns, and product questions across multiple online stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100–200 support tickets daily
• Edit and approve AI-generated replies for clarity and tone
• Use Shopify and integrated tools to resolve customer issues
