A well-established organisation seeking a Team Leader for the Informal Mainstream Market in GP North (area).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring all sale representatives, within assigned region, reach required targets.
• Training new Representatives in the trade.
• Assisting and advising representatives on areas where they are lacking / underperforming.
• Ensuring that all representatives have a minimum of 90 outlets signed up.
• Induction process of newly appointed representatives.
• Performance management of sales representatives where necessary.
• Sending feedback to management and reporting on status of representatives in assigned region on a continuous basis.
• Issuing and managing company assets.
• Drive Sales and Volume.
