About the Role

Our client is seeking a tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to manage accounting operations and financial compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with cloud‑based tools, and experienced in QuickBooks Online. The position emphasizes results and accountability rather than strict time‑based oversight.

This is a long‑term opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based leadership, supporting accounts payable (AP), reconciliations, and other core bookkeeping functions. A second phase may involve expanding to accounts receivable (AR) support and use of systems such as Contractor Foreman.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) : vendor invoices, payments, and expense coding.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure accurate month‑end close.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and support journal entries.
• Handle licensing renewals, insurance compliance, and vendor documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing, TPT tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
• Support financial reporting and provide timely updates on account status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
