Senior Lecturer

Overview

We are seeking part-time lecturers with experience in Marketing, Human Capital or Business Management at NQF 5-7 levels. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Cape Town, have at least 10 years of senior business experience and have a relevant Masters or PhD qualification. Courses are delivered online with lectures scheduled in the late afternoon. Working knowledge of a modern LMS is essential. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical tools and applications for learners and have a strong understanding of Industry 4 / 5.0, digital transformation, AI and the new world of work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online courses in Marketing, Human Capital or Business Management (NQF 5-7).
• Conduct online lectures scheduled in the late afternoon.
• Utilize a modern LMS effectively and provide practical tools and applications for learners.
• Stay current with Industry 4 / 5.0, digital transformation, AI and the new world of work.
