Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination
- Post job adverts, screen applications, conduct telephone interviews
- Book paid trial shifts and coordinate logistics with internal team
- Manage feedback and transition successful applicants to HR for onboarding
- Time Sheet Oversight
- Review and verify employee timesheets against scheduled hours
- Approve accurate entries and flag discrepancies for follow-up
- Order Management
- Process supply orders submitted by cleaning teams
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries to various client sites
- Client Communication
- Manage the shared operations inbox
- Respond to client queries, resolve minor issues, and escalate when needed
- Occasionally liaise with clients via phone
- Operations Support
- Support internal scheduling and communication across the ops team
- Follow structured internal processes and contribute to improvements
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, administration, or team support rolesRecruitment experience is strongly preferred (posting ads, screening CVs, interviewing)Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficientlyComfortable working with digital tools and shared systems (Microsoft Teams, shared inboxes)Experience with client communication and problem resolutionStrong attention to detail and time management skillsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a professional demeanourEquipment and resource requirements :Stable, high-speed internet connectionQuiet and professional home working environmentSeniority level
