Project Manager (Sap S / 4Hana Hcm)

Introduction

A leading international organization providing various business solutions, located in Johannesburg is looking for a Project Manager with working experience with S / 4HANA automation software to join their dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management : Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical developers, and other relevant resources.
• Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
• SAP S / 4HANA Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA and its capabilities, particularly within the HCM module.
• Integration Management : Manage complex integrations between SAP S / 4HANA and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, developing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Change Management : Facilitate change management activities related to the SAP S / 4HANA implementation, ensuring user adoption and smooth transition.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Training and Support : Provide guidance and support to project team members and end-users on the new SAP S / 4HANA HCM system.
