Job Description

CBE is looking to employ a Project Lifecycle Planner who will report to the Supply Chain Director. The Lifecycle Planner will work closely with the Project Development, Implementation and Finance teams to manage the cost controlling function for projects within CrossBoundary Energy.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities would be :

Project Cost Controlling

• Responsible for cost controlling of all projects from inception through to implementation
• Review and analysis of actuals vs budgeted costs
• Forecasting & variance analysis of projects in Early Works Procurement (EWP) to Implementation
• Capture and maintenance of materials / lists on Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations
• Liaise with project managers and contract managers to forecast expected future costs to completion
• Manage the process of contractual revenue / variation order claims
• Review and manage the weekly project-related expenses
