Job descriptionProcess daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records Capture and reconcile bank statements on Pastel Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting Prepare and send out levy statements and handle levy-related queries Allocate receipts and payments to correct accounts Maintain records of supplier invoices and assist in payment preparation Liaise with trustees, residents, and service providers regarding accounts and payments Assist with budgeting processes and ensure expense tracking Support the accountant or senior bookkeeper with ad hoc duties Maintain proper filing and financial document control Matric (Grade 12) with Maths / Accounting Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping or accounts assistant experience Pastel experience is essential Experience in a body corporate, sectional title, or property management environment is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and good reconciliation skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Good communication skills (written and verbal) Preferably a mature, stable candidate with a strong sense of responsibility Own transport or reliable commuting to Amanzimtoti
Our client, based in Amanzimtoti, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join their finance team. The ideal candidate has Pastel experience, understands sectional title or body corporate processes, and is comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.

- Experience with Pastel is essential
- Body corporate / property industry experience preferred
- CTC : R10 000
- Mature, dependable candidates will be prioritised
