As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day to day financial transactions, including recording income and expenses, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and balance general ledgers and trial balances.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- File and organize financial documents for auditing and tax purposes.
- Collaborate with Accountants and Auditors during financial reviews.
