Job Purpose
Manages, directs and controls the key performance areas of the Food, Beverages & Banqueting division.
Key Responsibility Areas
Interprets and plans the work programme in relation to specific organisational outcomes project management and advisory interventions and, contributes to the Directorates management plans.
Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilisation, productivity and performance of personnel within the Division.
Provide input into the determination of the Directorates budget.
Conceptualises and directs functions to drive operations strategy formulation for New Sales Generation (Events and Banqueting)
Ensures an efficient public catering operations at MMS.
Conceptualises and directs functions to drive operational procedures formulation for Food, Beverages and Banqueting Services.
Disseminates strategic and functional information on the immediate, short and long term objectives and, current applications and constraints.
Controls, executes actions to address administrative and reporting requirements associated with the key performance and result indicators of the functionality.
