You will help clean up, simplify and modernise insurance processes so that our client can scale faster, control risk better and give customers a smoother experience. - Run structured process discovery sessions, job shadowing and desktop reviews.
- Document current processes using standard tools (e.g. Visio, ARIS, Signavio, Lucidchart).
- Analyse waste, duplication, rework, manual spreadsheets and control gaps.
- Design simplified to-be processes that are straight-through where possible and standardised where human intervention is needed.
- Build control steps : four-eyes where needed, maker-checker, exception queues, audit trails.
- Define MI requirements : KPIs, KRIs, data fields, owners, thresholds, exception reports.
- Work with product / IT to ensure the process is automatable (APIs, workflow, RPA, rules engines).
- Support change management : SOP updates, training packs, briefing of team leaders.
- Track benefits during the contract : what was improved, by how much, and how we know.
