Senior Marketing Professional – Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing professional to lead our marketing function.

This is a senior role that blends strategy and execution : you will set the direction for our marketing channels while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns. The role is heavily focused on video‑led inbound marketing and scaling YouTube as a core channel for lead generation, alongside wider content, funnel strategy, and paid media.

You will optimise our existing YouTube channel, design effective funnels that convert into leads, and implement nurture campaigns and automations for our database.

You will also lead on paid media campaigns as a core growth driver. You'll coordinate and manage a small internal team (video editor, marketing assistant, and director‑presenters), plus external subcontractors, while directly owning the growth strategy and execution of inbound and paid marketing.

This is a pivotal role for us : we want someone who can design and own the strategy, project‑manage campaigns, and execute directly. Our website is built in WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive inbound and paid media marketing strategy, with YouTube and video at its core.
• Oversee and scale our YouTube channel (strategy, content planning, analytics, optimisation).
• Design and implement effective funnels and automations that convert traffic into leads.
• Lead on paid media campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels).
• Manage and coordinate a small marketing team : video editor, assistant, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and senior leadership to align marketing with sales targets.
• Manage external subcontractors (design or other specialists, as needed).
• Lead on content strategy across organic social, email, and other inbound channels.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI).
• Take ownership of marketing budgets, campaign planning, and delivery.
