Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate design thinking workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into re-usable, scalable solution prototypes
- Implement low / no-code configurations for ITSM & CSM platforms
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support and solution guidance
- Configure dashboards, integrations, workflows, and reports
- Apply ITSM / CSM best practices to enhance customer operations
- Collaborate on responsive web solutions and UI / UX initiatives
- Share knowledge across teams and support platform optimisation
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in ITSM or CSM environmentsQualification in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldFamiliarity with Ivanti or similar platforms (advantageous)Knowledge of ITIL, KCS, and integration principlesStrong collaboration, communication, and analytical skillsExposure to SQL, IIS, MySQL, HTML, Python, or Web Services a plusBonus : multilingual and digitally curiousWhat You’ll Gain
