Property Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a highly organised, confident and experienced Property Manager to support a UK-based lettings department. This is a fully remote role managing a busy property portfolio, so accuracy, initiative and strong communication skills are essential.
In this position, you will oversee the full tenancy lifecycle including administration, maintenance coordination, compliance, landlord and tenant communication, and deposit management. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing tenancy documentation and compliance
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with approved contractors
- Communicating clearly and professionally with landlords and tenants
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, notices and deposits
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
- Prioritising workload in line with legal requirements and urgency
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in property management, tenancy management or lettings administrationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational ability and confidence managing responsibilityWorking knowledge of CRM or property management softwareAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of UK lettings legislation is highly advantageousARLA qualification or working toward it is beneficial but not essentialRemote Working Requirements
