Responsibilities
- Oversee the new and pre-owned motorcycle sales department
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and showroom presentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the dealership’s customer base
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and business development
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation
Qualifications
