Overview
Senior Sales Account Manager (Manufacturing) will be responsible to act as a point of contact for their clients, and supporting the business in penetrating and expanding within the manufacturing sector. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving sales, improving efficiencies, and leading teams to achieve the sales target.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide business, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre-sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address product related questions and technical challenges
- Educate clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work, and how it can contribute to their business growth
- Build relationships with decision makers, business contacts, and influencers
- Development and execution of new solution strategies to build new offerings with customers
- Accurate forecasting of the week, month, quarter, and FY, leveraging Zoho and its capabilities
- Developing and expanding relationships with customers and OEMs
- Effectively working with other Makwa internal organizations (e.g. sales, customer experience, Finance, Supply Chain) to drive customer requirements needed to achieve customer and Cisco business outcomes
- Drives a sales process through a 90-day sales cycle with a 120-day pipeline view
- Inspires customers by confidently articulating Makwa IT’s strategy, technology vision and business relevance
