Our Mission is to deliver value and service at a competitive price. We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team.

As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. Your work will align with CTC Global values and the foundational principles of media acquisition.

You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing dialogue builds trust and positions CTC as a strategic ally for media acquisition and growth planning.

    Kick-Off & Onboarding

  • Willingness to work hard and go through a kickoff process to develop a high-leverage skill set.

  • Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to Brain Trust ideas across clients.
  • Work with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) and maintain data integrity in Statlas.
  • Execute Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts.
  • Build Growth Maps using the Prophet System and perform data analyses for mapping.
  • Align marketing calendars with clients and monitor daily execution against forecasts.
  • Lead in pivot situations, demonstrate curiosity, and implement CTC’s Meta best practices.
  • Plan campaigns using established structures and ensure alignment with ideologies and processes.
  • Ensuring and Holding the Standard of Quality

  • Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast and ensure daily client alignment with strategy.
  • Adhere to Prophet system execution within timelines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Client Communication

  • Communicate growth map goals and deadlines clearly to clients and team members.
  • Provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy updates.
  • Contributing Back

  • Share learnings to improve systems and contribute to cross-team ideas and company content.
  • Next-Level Skills

    Communication

  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and persuasive communication skills.

  • Data analysis proficiency with Google Sheets and related tools.

  • Broad experience across domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, and media buying.

  • Achieve certification and accurate execution of the Prophet system with top-quality client results.
  • Deliver high-accuracy performance within 5% delta across Growth Map and Statlas.
  • Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks and align forecasts daily.
  • Adhere to quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media buying, and execution.
  • Meet deadlines and budgets with target performance.
  • Contribute ideas to team discussions and company content.

  • Supervisor : Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy Sharma, a leader known for growth strategy and mentorship.

    Salary Range

  • First month : 2,000
  • Second month : 4,000
  • Third month (average) : 7,000
  • 1st Year Annual Range : 64,000–76,000
  • 2nd Year Annual Range : 100,000–120,000
  • Note : Salary results depend on clients and quality of work.
