Key roles and responsibilities
Build and maintain strong POC relationships and address any key pain points by working with different SAB teams (e.g. Brand Teams, Trade Marketing etc ) ensuring the highest level of customer serviceManage customer expectations and ensure that their needs are met in a timely fashionDevelop and implement customer specific business programs and account plansDevelop new sales opportunities for Premium BrandsEducate and train customers on SAB’s Premium category to ensure correct in store positioning and execution of the Brands to enhance the consumer experienceAssist the Premium Co.
