Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences
• Design and plan tailor-made itineraries that provide exceptional and memorable experiences
• Handle all aspects of tour operations, including booking accommodations, transport, and activities
• Manage and coordinate the logistics of group bookings and FIT arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during the tour
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Resolve any issues or changes that arise during the tour in a timely and efficient manner
