Technical designer lead

Job descriptionMinimum 4 years of experience in either designing, specifying, developing, and / or using RMS / EMS / SCADA solutions Proven track record leading product technical design teams in telecoms, utilities, energy management, or similar industries Experience with RTUs, telemetry, edge computing, and AI / ML integration Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage technical design teams Competent in translating operational needs into functional flows with UX-focused design Strong understanding of RMS principles (FCAPS) Strong competency in UI / UX principles, data modelling, and BI report design Advanced analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
Educational Background :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Advanced degrees are beneficial
- Certifications in System Architecture, Functional Analysis, IoT, or SCADA / RMS technologies are advantageous
- Knowledge of relevant RMS management standards, frameworks, and methodologies (such as ITU, TMF, ITIL, etc.) is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in BI and AI are beneficial
