Senior Product Owner

The main Purpose of the role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the creation, commercialization, and implementation of the Airfreight & Sea Freight Service Catalogue . This role will architect the approach, framework, and methodology used to embed the service catalogue into customer-facing digital offers.

The role will ensure alignment between commercial and divisional teams, enabling and maintaining a globally standardized implementation of products and services within digital solutions. Additionally, this position will facilitate enablement across platforms, BCM teams, and stakeholders, while supporting senior management in strategic decision-making.

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid understanding of enterprise product development, lifecycle management, and the transport & logistics sector.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of turning complex ideas into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar frameworks for managing product lifecycles.
