We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner Enterprise Service Catalogue , with a strong background in the service industry (banking, insurance, logistics, or telecommunications). In this role, you will take ownership of driving, enabling, and maintaining a globally standardized implementation of the companys products and service offerings within the Digital Solutions space. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and influence enterprise-level service delivery on a global scale.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation and refinement of product and service definitions for enterprise-level Airfreight and Seafreight offerings.
- Ensure all product and service definitions align with strategic objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the global Enterprise Service Catalogue team and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and product features.
- Drive and validate the implementation of the Enterprise Service Catalogue into various customer-facing applications and digital solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, global teams, and IT departments to gather input, define requirements, and ensure alignment on product and service offerings.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Airfreight and Seafreight product and service definition inquiries, providing support throughout the lifecycle.
- Communicate requirements and changes related to the Enterprise Service Catalogue to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product and service implementation documentation, including user stories and use cases.
- Ensure all documentation is current, structured, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for Airfreight and Seafreight products and services.
- Communicate demand and requirements to the global Enterprise Service Catalogue team and follow up to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of enterprise product development, lifecycle management, and transport & logistics.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate, and influence diverse stakeholder groups.Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other relevant frameworks for managing product and service lifecycles.Proficient in MS Office.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating effective workshops and meetings.Solid understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations within the transport and logistics sector.
