Job Description
Provide Integration application support working as part of a team to support the production and non‑production areas within the IT environment, focusing on multiple integration applications in the Private Banking area. Support the Group Infrastructure and Operations practice in driving release cadence and ensuring Agile values are applied, providing valuable information across the practice to efficiently use resources and deliver business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Qualify incidents for Integration Level 2 Support, ensuring 100% service availability.
- Diagnose, resolve, document and, when necessary, escalates system incidents to resolution.
- Run Critsits sessions for major outages on behalf of the Integration team.
- Perform event management by monitoring dashboards and system environments.
- Check log files to ensure continued processing and proactive error handling.
- Communicate system issues to clients, peers, and management.
- Perform trend analysis to identify hotspots (daily, weekly, monthly, year‑on‑year).
- Prepare daily incident and SLA reports.
- Act as SME, mentor junior staff, and recommend / implement vendor fixes and patches.
Qualifications
First Degree in Information Technology.8‑10 years of experience in Technology Operations / Infrastructure Production.Technical Competencies
