About the Role

The Estimator / Project Coordinator will support the on‑site and design teams by managing key administrative, estimating, and coordination functions throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone experienced in U.S. construction who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of process, documentation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and material take‑offs for residential and commercial builds.
• Manage project documentation, transmittals, and workflow tracking.
• Coordinate with architecture, design, and construction teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Maintain clear, structured communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and cost management using Excel and project tools.
• Uphold quality and accuracy across all estimating and coordination work.
