Scaled Inc is a leading staff augmentation firm that connects USA-based Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with top-tier South African technical talent. We take pride in delivering exceptional technical expertise and outstanding service to our clients.

As we expand our operations, we seek a talented and motivated Technical Project Manager and Technical Project Engineers with expertise in Office 365, Desktop, Cloud-based Infrastructure, and Virtualization to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Migrate, Configure, and Deploy Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Migrations from on-prem server(s) to Office 365 a plus
Deploy Desktop Solutions. Assist with software installations for the project teams. Knowledge of and experience with Intune deployments a plus
Setup & Administer Windows Server Infrastructure : Configure, Deploy and Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and related server administration tasks
Security : Implement appropriate measures to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of IT systems
Collaborate on IT Projects : Work closely with the IT team to support systems after deployment.
Document IT Processes : Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in IT support roles with expertise in Office 365, Azure, desktop support, and server administration

Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Storage

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams

Experience in supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation

Familiarity with managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
