Job Description
To manage and support the key accounts teamDrive an Increase in average balance of specific portfolio of assets as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the businessDrive an increase in average balance of specific portfolio of liabilities (e.g. Call reports, 32 Day Deposits, Fixed Deposits) as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the BusinessManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the sales strategyMaintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholdersManage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leadsProvide sales support efficiencies and services in order to ensure retention of clientsProvision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related informationComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsEnter all Qualified leads into the sales pipeline and maintain on a daily basisTrack, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficienciesDevelop materials and documentation including minimum standards, templates, guidelines, FAQ’s and processesDevelop a deep understanding of the technical trends, market, competition and trends in the market. Research and identify new entrants in the relevant industries (mobile, payments, finance etc). Assess opportunities and threats from these entrantsImprove business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and dataManage own development to increase own competenciesPlan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competenciesEnd Date : October 13, 2025
