Duties & Responsibilities
As a Talent Administration Intern, your key responsibilities will include :
- Typing and formatting CVs with attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conducting reference checks for candidates, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Providing office support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate correspondence, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assisting in drafting and updating job descriptions and templates when required.
- Supporting team initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and considering DEI principles in all interactions.
- Collaborating with team members on special projects and assignments as directed.
Day-to-Day
On a typical day, you can expect to :
Format and prepare CVs for consideration by recruiters, ensuring quality standards are met.Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates, documenting findings accurately.Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and confirm interview schedules.Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
