The Role : Senior Call Centre Sales Agent
This is an in-office telesales position focused on closing business-to-consumer deals. You'll manage qualified leads, engage prospects with professionalism, and help drive company growth through consistent conversion and customer engagement.

Make outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers.
Communicate persuasively and professionally with potential clients.
Manage objections effectively and close sales confidently.
Maintain call accuracy, pacing, and compliance standards.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Provide excellent customer experience in every interaction.
About You
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior telesales or call centre role.
Matric certificate or higher qualification.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
Professional typing speed and attention to detail.
Zero excuses mindset, reliable, driven, and adaptable.
Willing to work alternate weekends and rotating shifts (08 : 00am to 17 : 00pm / 10 : 00am to 19 : 00pm).
