The Role : Senior Sales Agent
This role focuses on closing sales through direct, face-to-face engagement and product promotion. You'll represent their market-leading digital products, driving new business opportunities while ensuring each client experience is authentic and professional. Success in this role comes from persistence, people skills, and performance-driven energy.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage potential customers through field and event-based sales.
Present digital products confidently and accurately to prospective clients.
Qualify leads, handle objections effectively, and close sales deals.
Maintain integrity and professionalism in every client interaction.
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Participate in after-hours activations and weekend events as required (typically 46 PM).
About You
Matric certificate or higher qualification.
2+ years experience in direct, face-to-face, or field sales.
High drive and ambition with a strong work ethic.
Personable and authentic you believe people buy from people.
Adaptable yet disciplined (controlled adaptability).
Zero excuses mindset accountable, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed for activations.
Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM (negotiable) | Weekend & after-hours work common for activations.
