Our client, a  24 / 7 desktop publishing company  specialising in multilingual business graphics, is seeking  innovative, German-speaking Client Liaison Experts  to join their Cape Town CBD team.

This role involves supporting global corporate clients, ensuring high-quality document production, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and proofread documents to client specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to production processes, SLAs, and internal KPIs.
• Manage timekeeping and administrative tasks for billing and payment.
• Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality output within deadlines.
