Overview
A dynamic and rapidly growing U.S.-based company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a background in operations. This is a fully remote role for someone based in South Africa who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work seamlessly across EST time zones . The ideal candidate will support senior leadership with high-level administrative tasks, strategic planning support, and executive reporting—while also having a strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and SOP creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with reviewing, editing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
- Support in strategic planning initiatives and track key projects and milestones.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Prepare and manage executive-level reports , presentations, and dashboards.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant , with at least 1–2 years supporting C-level executives.Strong knowledge of U.S. business / legal documentation and contract management.Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.Proven experience in strategic support , reporting, and SOP development.Tech-savvy with strong skills in tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana, or Trello).Must be based in South Africa and able to work full-time in Eastern Standard Time (EST) .Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail.Why Join?
