Overview The Senior Warehouse Supervisor supports the overall management and coordination of daily warehouse operations in a high-volume fine-picking environment (8000 active SKUs). This role ensures efficient receiving storage picking stock integrity and dispatch processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy productivity and workplace discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations including receiving inventory management picking packing and dispatch.
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space resources and systems to meet operational demands.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts investigations and corrective actions.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing process improvements and efficiency projects.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse procurement sales transport and customer service departments.
