The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to take ownership of end-to-end accounting for U.S.-based clients.

You’ll be a hands‑on leader who can own the books, close the month, and guide a small accounting team with precision and confidence. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to CFOs and founders of fast‑growing U.S. companies—helping them maintain financial excellence and scale effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage and mentor a small team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Partner with client finance leaders to identify insights and drive process improvements
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting workflows
• Utilize modern accounting tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero to streamline operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, and Operations teams to support comprehensive financial management
