Senior Financial Accountant

Duties :

• Financial Reporting & Analysis :

Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management packs, and commentary on key performance areas, such as cost of sales, deferred revenue, and utilities.

Serve as a key user or second-in-command for financial reporting systems.

Oversee utilities accounting and ensure accurate billing, reporting, and reconciliations.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and related reporting for assigned areas.

Assist with year-end audits and ensure compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.

Liaise with insurance brokers, manage claims, and maintain asset schedules.

Coordinate ad hoc and non-construction projects, ensuring the effective planning, rollout, and implementation of new business processes or systems.
