Job descriptionGrade 12 Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous Three years’ experience as a Credit Controller Sound knowledge and experience relating to debtors’ administration and credit control in the private healthcare environment Dynamic person with interpersonal skills, strong influencing, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent computer skills Ability to work well within a team Ability to work in a pressurised environment Understanding of prescribed minimum benefits (PMB) process Understanding of ICD-10, CPT and hospital billing rules In-depth knowledge of the NHN Billings Guidelines
