Duties include

• Full financial function : Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping to trial balance, and present monthly management accounts
• Reporting and analysis : Prepare monthly management reports, perform variance analysis, and deliver budget versus actual insights
• Payroll and compliance : Oversee payroll reviews, process journals, manage VAT reconciliations and submissions
• Audit and controls : Prepare audit files, liaise with auditors, and maintain robust financial controls
• Cash and asset management : Manage fixed asset register, review cashbooks, and oversee bank transactions
• Business support : Assist with budgeting, cost management, financial investigations, and general administrative duties including drafting agreements
