Build and maximize value from existing group relationshipsAttract new brands, agencies, and advertisers directlyDesign and execute group advertising campaigns for suppliers / sellersCustomize advertising campaigns for high-value clientsGather design assets and schedule campaigns in marketing calendarOversee billing, payment, and campaign tracking reportsCreate and communicate campaign execution portfoliosConsistently achieve and exceed sales targets.Leverage insights and innovations to reach target audiences through retail mediaUtilize flexible pricing / buying models (self-service, managed, programmatic)Act as a strategic partner delivering solutions aligned to business objectives.Maintain high client retention rate and achieve strong client satisfaction scoresAchieve high campaign success rate and deliver campaigns on-time and within budgetDrive quarterly increases in platform registrations and achieve strong monthly active user engagementComplete annual professional development requirements and propose new service improvements and innovationsDrive quarterly client review sessions focused on retail media performance optimization and strategic growth planningAttributes Required :
