Job descriptionLaunch and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Build lead funnels with forms, surveys, and landing pages that actually convert. Analyze and optimize performance with Google Analytics & Tag Manager. Collaborate with creatives to craft scroll-stopping ads and conversion assets. Track, report, and improve KPIs, ROI, and funnel performance. Competitive base salary. Performance bonuses after 3 months. Profit-sharing potential after 6 months. - 2+ years experience in paid media buying with proven results in lead gen (finance, education, healthcare, legal, etc.).
- Strong track record with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Hands-on with CRMs (GHL, HubSpot) and tools like Zapier.
- Bonus points if youve got graphic design or video editing skills.
