Platform Management & Optimisation :
Execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc
Audit accounts monthly; implement conversion tracking (GTM / tagging), budget pacing, and bid strategies
Enforce platform best practices and performance-driven optimisations
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Use Looker Studio to build dashboards, analyse KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS), and derive actionable insights
Deliver performance reports by the 3rd working day monthly
Technical Execution :
Configure campaigns aligned with lead gen, sales, or awareness objectives
Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure pixel / tag accuracy
Maintain Google Ads certifications (all core exams required)
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) :
Technical Aptitude : You live in ad platformsnot design tools
Analytical Rigor : Strength in data interpretation, QA, and problem-solving
Process-Oriented : Detail-focused with zero tolerance for errors
Certifications : Active Google Ads certifications (non-negotiable)
Background : Degree in Marketing / Business OR hands-on PPC experience
Reliability : Secure home internet + transport.
