Campaigns Marketing Manager

Job descriptionDevelop and implement the annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention Translate business priorities into clear marketing goals, KPIs, and tactical plans Manage (with agency) paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO / SEM, email automation, and conversion funnels Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align lead generation campaigns and messaging across the buyer journey Optimise campaign performance through A / B testing, analytics, and CRM data insights Oversee the development of creative content for social media, digital platforms, email, and thought leadership Manage external agencies, designers, and freelancers to produce on-brand, high-quality deliverables Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics Manage the marketing budget efficiently, prioritizing high-impact activities and reporting on spend vs. results
Requirements :
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- A proven track record in B2B or SME-targeted marketing (fintech, banking, or SME lending experience is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing, content strategy, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, AI, Netcore Cloud), and marketing automation
- Strong analytical ability with confidence in working with data dashboards
- Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action; thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
