Lead and coach a small team of campaign specialists
Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery across media and creative execution
Own and improve campaign processes from booking to reporting
Manage external partners and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
Act as the final quality check for campaign bookings and artwork
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing proactive recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and efficiency
What were looking for :
Degree-level qualification
Experience in retail media campaign management (agency or client-side)
Line management experience
Strong knowledge of retail media, platforms, and media planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A process-driven leader with a passion for coaching and developing people
