We’re looking for a pivotal Executive Partner to serve as the strategic right hand for our leaders. This is more than an administrative role—it's a chance to directly impact how our executives and founders operate and scale the business.

Your Mission

You’ll be a force multiplier, anticipating needs and managing the flow of information to keep leaders focused on what matters most. Your responsibilities include :

• Mastering the calendar : Proactively managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel to maximize efficiency.
• Owning the inbox : Acting as a gatekeeper and first responder to manage communications and prioritize key messages.
• Driving special projects : Taking charge of projects from start to finish with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Building connections : Serving as a professional, confidential liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
