This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role—it is the next evolution of the EA function. We are seeking a Principal Liaison and Thought Partner —an individual with a rare combination of elite intellectual agility, profound emotional intelligence (EQ), and surgical precision in execution. You will serve as the Founder’s strategic, executive anchor, focused entirely on maintaining the Founder's cognitive bandwidth for high-level decision-making in the complex field of AI application in business.

The ideal candidate possesses an uncompromising zero-defect mentality . You must be the fail-safe, the ultimate quality control, and the predictive engine that anticipates the Founder's needs two steps before they are aware of them. Consistency, diligence, and relentless attention to detail are not skills; they must be reflexes.
If the thought of managing a complex, ever-shifting calendar with forensic detail causes anxiety, or if you view this as a purely administrative function, you will not succeed in this role. We are seeking excellence without exception.
Key Responsibilities (The Core Focus)
- Mastery of Predictive Scheduling : Own and manage the Founder’s dynamic calendar with surgical precision. This requires anticipating the second and third-order effects of every change, ensuring all necessary briefing materials, time zone adjustments, and logistical checks are completed without fail.
- Strategic Gatekeeping & Prioritization : Serve as the Founder's primary point of contact, employing astute judgment and diplomatic precision to filter, triage, and re-route communications, ensuring the Founder engages only with the highest-priority, value-added interactions.
- Proactive Foresight : Immediately identify potential bottlenecks, logistical failures, or informational gaps. You must intuit missing data points or preparation needs for meetings that the Founder has not yet explicitly requested.
- Diligence & Quality Control : Implement a personal system of double-checking and validation that eliminates the possibility of errors in itineraries, communications, data entry, and meeting logistics.
- Founder Workflow Optimization : Design and implement highly efficient personal organizational systems (digital and process-based) for the Founder's files, contacts, and communication channels to maintain peak executive function.
- High-Stakes Logistics : Seamlessly manage complex, multi-leg, international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, ensuring contingency plans for all major variables (load shedding, connectivity, transport delays).
- Briefing & Synthesis : Rapidly synthesize complex information (reports, emails, presentations related to AI / business strategy) into concise, actionable summaries for the Founder, demonstrating keen analytical skill.
Essential Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Intellectual Agility : Must demonstrate the ability to rapidly process, synthesize, and organize information related to high-tech business, finance, and strategy. You are expected to operate at the Founder's intellectual level.Uncompromising Diligence & Detail : You must prove a track record of consistency and a personal need for perfect execution in high-stakes environments. You must view an avoidable detail error as an absolute failure.Exceptional Emotional Intelligence (EQ) : The ability to manage high-pressure situations, interact with diverse, high-profile stakeholders with grace, and read the room to adjust communication style and tone proactively.Intuitive & Proactive Drive : A self-starter who does not wait for instruction but anticipates needs and generates solutions.
