Job Description

As a Retail Leader , you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our retail partnerships. You will lead a team of associates, drive strategic cooperation agreements, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. Your focus will be on securing long‑term collaborations, developing new revenue streams, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand cooperation agreements with existing retail partners.
• Ensure all data partnerships align with the Partnership Program framework.
• Deliver exceptional service through your team and digital platforms.
• Identify and recruit strategic new retailers; enhance data inputs (e.g., promotional data).
• Drive sales growth, renewals, and accurate forecasting of revenue pipelines.
• Deepen penetration of the NIQ / GfK solution portfolio and foster third‑party alliances.
• Develop strategic insights into retailer industries, markets, and clusters.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to define and execute Account Plans.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve targets and grow professionally.
• Align company value propositions with evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Implement global and regional strategies effectively and drive organizational change.
