Job description

Location : Brummeria, Pretoria

Salary : R16,000 per month

Industry : Clinical / Medical

Job Purpose :

To provide administrative support for the medical equipment division, including client interaction, quoting, and after-service reporting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Interaction & Support

Communicate professionally with clients regarding equipment queries, service updates, and quotations

  • Maintain strong relationships through timely follow-ups and support
  • Quoting & Invoicing
  • Prepare and send quotes using Xero Accounting Software

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of pricing and product details
  • After-Service Reporting
  • Compile and manage reports following equipment servicing or maintenance

  • Track service outcomes and client feedback
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintain records of equipment, service schedules, and client communications

  • Assist with general office tasks and coordination with logistics and technical teams
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting / quoting software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Salary : R16 000
