Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, creative mid‑level Brand Manager that supports the execution of brand and campaign strategies across both online and physical store environments, ensuring smooth coordination, consistency and accurate reporting.
Reporting Structure
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, this role is primarily administrative and executional, with responsibility for managing campaign documentation, timelines and reporting, while also driving selected category campaigns.
Team Collaboration
The Brand Manager works cross‑functionally with CRM, Design, Buying, Retail Ops and Social Media teams to ensure all brand communications, whether an in‑store activation, a shopfront window or a digital campaign, are aligned, timely and cohesive.
Responsibilities
- Brand Administration & Coordination – Maintain master brand documents (marketing calendars, campaign decks, battle plans and control documents) across online and in‑store campaigns.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in briefing and coordinating cross‑functional teams for both digital and retail campaigns.
- Handle brand‑related administration including budget tracking, supplier paperwork and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Assist with brand reputation management by preparing communications briefs and logging customer / stakeholder feedback.
- Campaign Delivery & Category Management – Translate brand campaign strategies into clear tasks for marketing channels and retail operations, following through to ensure alignment in shopfront, POS, windows, in‑store screens and digital touchpoints.
- Assist the Senior Brand Manager in curating brand campaigns that reflect customer insights and seasonal trends.
- Social Media & Influencer Support – Partner with the Social Media Manager to ensure social campaign execution aligns with brand messaging and retail moments.
- Provide administrative support for influencer marketing (briefing documents, tracking deliverables, content approvals).
- Reporting & Insights – Deliver monthly reporting on brand campaign performance, collate insights from both online and in‑store channels, track brand KPIs such as campaign ROI, sentiment and category contribution, and prepare reporting packs for the Senior Brand Manager.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.2–3 years’ experience in a brand or marketing role.Familiarity with omnichannel marketing (digital + retail).Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Experience with campaign / project management tools and reporting processes preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel / Sheets essential) and design programmes such as Canva or Photoshop.Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital campaign workflows.Affinity for fashion, culture and customer engagement.What more could you ask for?
