Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead HelloPaisa’s digital strategy, campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping HelloPaisa’s online presence, optimising marketing channels, and ensuring measurable ROI on campaigns.Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and optimise HelloPaisa’s digital marketing strategy in line with business goals.Lead paid media, SEO / SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.Drive customer acquisition and engagement through performance marketing and growth initiatives.Monitor and evaluate end-to-end customer journeys, optimising touchpoints for maximum impact.Campaign Management & Performance
Plan, execute, and analyse digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.Use A / B testing and analytics to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels.Analytics & Insights
Track, measure, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.Collaborate with BI and product teams to align marketing insights with business objectives.Content & Engagement
Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling content tailored to target audiences.Manage social media presence and community engagement.Stay on top of digital trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with product, sales, and customer experience teams to support growth initiatives.Align marketing campaigns with overall business strategy and product launches.Present campaign results and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.Coordinating projects between designers and execution teams.BUDGET / FINANCE MANAGEMENT
Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment (ROI).Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualification is a plus).5–7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns.Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and content strategy.Strong proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush).Experience in fintech, telecom, or financial services industry preferred.Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.Key Competencies
