Our client, based in Amanzimtoti, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join their finance team. The ideal candidate has Pastel experience, understands sectional title or body corporate processes, and is comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.

- Experience with Pastel is essential
- Body corporate / property industry experience preferred
- CTC : R10 000

Key Responsibilities Include :
Process daily transactions and maintain accurate general ledger recordsCapture and reconcile bank statements on PastelAssist with monthly and annual financial reportingPrepare and send out levy statements and handle levy-related queriesAllocate receipts and payments to correct accountsMaintain records of supplier invoices and assist in payment preparationLiaise with trustees, residents, and service providers regarding accounts and paymentsAssist with budgeting processes and ensure expense trackingSupport the accountant or senior bookkeeper with ad hoc dutiesMaintain proper filing and financial document controlRequirements :
Matric (Grade 12) with Maths / AccountingMinimum 2 years’ bookkeeping or accounts assistant experiencePastel experience is essentialExperience in a body corporate, sectional title, or property management environment is a strong advantageStrong attention to detail and good reconciliation skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeGood communication skills (written and verbal)Preferably a mature, stable candidate with a strong sense of responsibilityOwn transport or reliable commuting to AmanzimtotiAPPLY NOW!
