My client a leading international Franchise restaurant / coffee shop is seeking to appoint an experienced and hands on Restaurant Manager for their Cape Town store.
Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of the position is to manage the daily restaurant operations, to maximise staff performance and ensure increased sales and profitability. Duties will include staff management, daily rosters, control costs, ensure adherence to workplace safety and security, ensure food safety and hygiene, stock management, baking, cash ups and serving customers. This is a very hands‑on role and will suit someone with a strong customer service orientation, high energy levels, excellent communication skills and a can‑do attitude.
